All coincidences with real people are not accidental. To create this project, copies of authentic documents were used without any post-processing. This series aims to comprehend the significance and impact that documents have on our self-definition and perception. The idea came to me while working at an institution where people needed to provide copies of their documents. I couldn't help but notice how people disregarded how they were presented in the document copies. Although, I suppose when people take passport photos, they usually try to look their best.
